| Our school was created by the dedicated parents and staff. Many were involved in the planning and set up of The Bridge. Ms. Michelle Owner/Director -received her Master's degree and certification in both Elementary and Special Education. She also holds a certification in Montessori Education of 3 to 6 year olds. Ms. Michelle has taught children of all ages as well as adults. It is her belief that all children can learn if given the appropriate materials and methods. With her background in Special Education and Montessori training, the students are given a unique, individualized attention and curriculum. Ms. Irina Head Teacher -received her education and degree in Russia. She has spent 38 years teaching young children in both Russia and the United States. Ms. Irina also holds a certification and many years experience in Montessori Education of 3 to 6 year olds. She believes that all children have special talents and that our Montessori program can help develop those skills. Ms. Irina (with the help of her staff) has created a classroom and curriculum that inspire young children to explore their world and work both independently and cooperatively Ms. Tina Co-Teacher -joins the team with several years experience in a Montessori 3-6 classroom. She has also worked with several of our current students for three years! Ms. Tina brings a kind, patient, and creative mind to our staff. Applying her creative talents, she enjoys inspiring the children through art. This summer, Ms. Tina will continue her education by completing her Montessori training. |
